There is no way to receive a refund. Nobody answers their customer service phone
Coat ordered was waaaaay to small. For a xxl it was more like a medium.
Nobody answers their customer service phone. Tried to Chat, but that requires me to give an unknown company my credit card... No way am I doing that.
Just want to know how to return the coat for a refund. There was no receipt

They sent me 2 Helios heated vests.1 Medium, 1 XX .Tgere is only 4 incges difference in size around tge torso.Definately NOT AN XXL.BUT THEY WONT EXCHANGE OR REFUND A TOTAL SCAN COMPANY.DO N.O.T. BUY.
I was sold something that doesn't come anywhere close to being an XXL... find a reputable company...this was never an XXL .I wear a ladies size 12 and this XXL is snug on me.I never saw ANY statement when ordering that this company DOESNT DO EXCHANGES...TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND JUST A RIP OFF, SCAMMING COMPANY.
THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Called and spoke with a woman who ,when she asked if I saw a size chart she hung up on me.I called back 9 times.One of those times,a man answered, and when I gave him.my name, he immediately hung up.Terrible company just out there stealing people's money.The vests have NO SIZE TAG on the insides and my credit card company can't help me without that size marking ON THE VESTS.i seriously think this company just had a bunch if LARGE vests and in order to move out that stock, just sent me 1 of them, knowing full well I was being scammed and STOLE MY MONEY
